A Pro Bono Project at the Heart of the COVID-19 Crisis

In April 2020, while the entire world was immersed in the COVID-19 health crisis, V-hicule Media responded to the Claris community's call by participating in an exceptional pro bono project.

The Challenge

The Order of Dental Surgeons of Paris had an urgent need: to rapidly deploy a coordination platform to manage emergency dental care during the pandemic. Deadlines were tight and the stakes were critical.

The FileMaker Solution

In partnership with Claris (the publisher of FileMaker) and the Join::Table organization, V-hicule Media developed and deployed a FileMaker solution allowing:

• Coordination of dentists available for emergencies
• Management of appointments and patients
• Real-time tracking of available capacities
